I have only charged it using the wireless charger and I leave it charging over nigh. iPhone 11 Pro Max (October 2020): 100% battery health.

just hit control f and search up pixel 6 pro or 14 pro. after looking through settings and just switching them to options that will save battery life, you will see results of between 8-12 hours of screen on time. if you dont change any settings and leave all settings at default, you will have 4-6 hours of screen on time.
The way phone batteries work is that if you let it drain so low and change it to full, it stresses the battery more. This would reduce the life of the battery quicker than usual. It’s best to keep your battery between 40% and 80%, so when it hits 40 you charge it to 80% and disconnect after.

Edit: Also, life is a bit too short to spend so much time worrying about your maximum battery capacity/battery health. Use your phone how you want. Draining the battery on a regular basis may mean you need to replace the battery 3-6 months sooner than you otherwise would have, big deal. If you can avoid going below 20%, great.
TLDR - update to ios 16.6 beta. I had a similar issue. My iPhone 14 pro max has had terrible battery drain over the past week. It was conctantly getting noticeably warm to the touch. If not plugged the battery would drop around 40% overnight. In battery settings view no app was shown as using significant battery life.
The screen on the 11 pro is noticeably better and brighter at maximum brightness. The photos on the 11 pro are still very good. The performance in real world usage is as good on the 11 pro. Battery life on the 11 pro is better, even after over a year of use. If you don’t need the new features of the 12, get the 11 pro.
On android everything runs in the background so unless you control it manually n choose which to run on background it will have bad battery life I use iphone 11 pro and oneplus 5 and honestly find the aggressive freezing of background apps on ios very annoying, but I understand it's a trade off for the battery life (especially on standby).
I seem to be having a different experience to most and am getting fantastic battery life, that is also getting a little better as the days go on. 120hz, QHD+, dark mode, auto brightness but trained toward the brighter end. Sits around half brightness in a normally lit room. Getting between 6.5 and 8 hours screen on time.
